ECTP Concretes:


This product line consists of castable refractory concretes containing aluminous cement with 40, 50, 70 and 80% of alumina or chemical binders (phosphates, silicates, sulphates, .) and aggregates of various qualities.
The products are conditioned in bags (25 kg) or big bags (500 to 1500 kg).


Products especially designed for an implementation without vibration. By self levelling, the “AUTECs” perfectly fill the forms without contribution of vibrations.

They have a low cement content and have remarkable characteristics and properties which they preserve even when they are placed on building sites under difficult conditions.

They can be implemented by pumping and in certain cases, by the help of adding an additive at the end of the nozzle, can allow applications by shotcasting.


Traditional castable refractory concrete containing 15 to 25% of cement and mainly aluminous refractory aggregates. The alumina content of the finished products goes from 20 to 95% and the grain size from 3 to 25mm.
Their implementation is done by casting with molds, vibrations and in other circumstances performed by guniting.


Cements for jointing of bricks and prefabricated shapes. Delivered in powder, they have to be mixed with the required water amount.


Crumbly products manufactured from refractory aggregates, binders and, if necessary, mixing liquids. The main bond may be ceramic or chemical, the « DAMEC » are installed by ramming as delivered or after addition of mixing liquids.


Products especially designed for the implementation of guniting. They ensure a lower rate of rebound and have minimum emissions of dust during the implementation.
They can be in traditional cement content (15 to 25%) or in lower content (< 10%).

The product line includes

  • aluminous products (20 to 95% AL2O3)
  • basic products
  • special products (silicon carbide, zirconium silicates, spinel.)


These products have been developed in order to fill cracks from the exterior of the apparatus with help of the equivocal
adaptation of injection.
These products are implemented by pumping and finding their principal uses in the iron and steel industry. Some of these uses
can be demonstrated as filling of space between staves and casing, in blast furnaces, and everywhere appear hot points on a casing hot points.


Products especially designed to reduce the calorific losses of the installations. They can be implemented by casting or guniting and are generally placed between the castable refractory concrete and the casing of the apparatuses.
They consist of cement and light aggregates such as expanded clay, insulating grog, vermiculite, pearlite, porous alumina, globular corundum, fibres.
The density of the product implemented varies according to the aggregates used and generally range between 0,5 and 1,5 and have operational limit temperatures varying between 800 and 1800°c.


Refractory products with chemical or hydraulic binder of low grain size (1 with 3mm). Mainly intended for the repair of refractories by troweling. They are best used for the equalization of surfaces or the filling of cracks. The choice of the product
is determined by the quality of the piece that needs repairing.


Unlike any other refractory, S’BOND, incorporates a two-part binder system providing a fast setting, fast curing and high physical characteristics like compressive strength and abrasion resistance.


A development in the low, ultra -low and no cement castable technology, SHOTEC are high compact product similar to VIBREC
and AUTEC. The combination of pump casting with pneumatic placement provide the following advantages: high productivity,
no forms required, excellent adherence propreties to all surfaces, no dust and no rebound.


Products designed for the implementation by casting and vibration. They are with low or ultra low cement content and the product line includes refractory aggregates (aluminous and special such as for example silicon carbide, zircon, spinel.). The grain size is going from 2 to 25mm.


Products made up of refractory aggregates and chemical binders.
They are implemented without addition of water by filling, ramming or vibration in a gauge or between casing and bricks (ex: security lining of steel or cast iron ladles).
Their hardening appears with the rise in temperature.
